Dear parents, every summer we provide students with opportunities to learn different subjects to give them more practices in the English language and expand their knowledge. We put in consideration to students’ vacations, so please register classes that the student can precisely attend. Please carefully read the following ACE summer classes information and promptly register!
各位家长，每年暑假提供学生一个以量变到质变的学习机会又来了，学生们通过暑期集训学习不同课程，英文水平和知识面得以迅速提高和扩展！为了让学生劳逸结合，作为人性化管理，每年暑期课程我们都按出席课时报课。接下来请大家仔细阅读课程信息，抓紧报名吧!

Please read class description and class schedule carefully. If you have any questions, please consult our teachers.
请仔细过目课程选择说明和课程表，如有对选择课程有疑问请征询老师建议。
Confirm your subjects and classes’ times. Circle your class times on the class registration form, and fill in your class descriptions in the blank. Once the form is completed, please take a picture of the form and forward it to the teacher’s WeChat account where your form needs to be approved.
确认课程和上课时间，在报名单上圈出上课时间，并填写课程信息金额等。信息填写完后拍照发送老师微信，老师家长共同复查填写内容，确认缴费金额。
After payment is paid successfully, take a picture of your receipt to send to the teacher’s WeChat account. Then, E-Mail your class registration form to ACE customer service (customerservice@americanculturalenglish.com).
缴费成功后请发送缴费凭证至老师微信便于核对。再请将报名单发送至ACE客服邮箱。
Students taking traditional classes must give one traditional class registration form. Students taking online classes must give one online class registration form. Students taking both classes must give two separate traditional and online class registration forms.
参加线下课程学生请提交线下课程报名单，线上课程请提交线上课程报名单，线上和线下都参加的学生请提交两份报名单。
*Attendance & Absence Rules(请假补课制度)
Please read carefully and follow the class rules. 请仔细阅读并遵守制度和规则
Students that were absent in class due to your own excuses during the spring semester may not deduct your missed classes in summer classes. However, you may choose different times to make- up the missed classes. There will be no refund if you choose to not make-up the missed classes.
春季班自行缺席课程需补课学生请提前联系老师，缺课课程不在暑期报课课程内抵扣.
Pay with one full payment. Arrange your vacation dates before registering classes. Pay accordingly to the number of classes the students will enroll.
一次性缴费，请安排好假期出游时间，参加课程根据实际上课出席课次缴费
The student cannot be absent to classes that are already registered. If the student misses class or leaves class early for any reason, the student is held accountable for the tuition of the missed class. No refund or deduction will be given in this case. However, if the student misses class or leaves class early for any reason, the student has the option to attend one class of the same grade level at a different time or take a class at the same skill level to make up for the missed class. If you need to make up the class or switch the class, the student must inform the teacher ahead of time to give him or her ample time to arrange the class. If arrangements have been made for the student to attend a different class and miss the new class time without informing the teacher, the student will not be allowed to make any other arrangements. If class is cancelled by the teacher for any reason, the teacher will reschedule the class for a later date. If the student cannot attend that rescheduled class date and informs the teacher that they cannot attend at that later date, the tuition for the missed class will be refunded to the student, or the student’s parent has the option to deduct that refund from next semester’s tuition. If the student does not attend the class at the later date and did not inform the teacher of his or her absence beforehand, the tuition will be considered forfeit for that class and not refunded or deducted.
已报课程上课请勿缺席，暑期课程中由学员方个人原因请假或自行停课造成个人经济损失由学员方自己承担，学费不抵扣不退费。不额外安排补课。但学生可选择适合的级别和时间插班旁听补课，如需旁听补课请提前告知老师。由老师个人原因停课造成学员经济损失由老师承担，老师将根据停课课时统一安排补课或退费，也可在下期缴费全额抵扣。既不前来参加补课也不请假学生视为自愿放弃，不予退费抵扣。
*Class Rules & Regulations(课程规章制度)
Confirm your classes enrollment only through successful tuition payments within the due date. Oral confirmation will be invalid.
确认上课根据在规定时间内学费到账为准，家长口头确认无效。
Students need to bring the following: class books, thick notebooks, and erasable pens. In order to keep classroom formalities and cleanness, only water is allowed in the classroom. Food and sugary drinks are to be eaten and disposed of outside before entering classroom.
上课学生请带好上课所需教科书，笔记本（厚）可擦笔，纯净水。为了能让学生坐在干净的教室里，请将零食和气泡，甜腻果汁等饮料留在教室外。
In order to maintain an orderly environment for all students, students should be punctual and arrive no more than 10 minutes early before their actual class time. Please do not be too early or late to class which will result as a class disturbance. Parents are not permitted to escort the student into the classroom. Students are to go into the classroom by themselves as parents leave the vicinity.
为了维护课堂正常秩序和文明的教学环境，上课学生最多提前10分钟到达，请勿过早或迟到而影响上课。家长将学生送至教学点后，由学生自行进入教室，谢绝家长进入教室，学生送达后请家长离开教学点。
The teacher will send the student’s homework to your WeChat group after class.
下课后老师会将作业发到课程班群里。
Every new student must be interviewed prior to enrollment of their suitable class level. There will be no trial classes. You cannot record the class sessions.
每位新生需面试后确认课程级别进入相应课程学习，不安排试教试听，谢绝录音。
Online class students should be ready at least 10 minutes before the start of class and wait for the teacher.
上课前学生至少提前10分钟做好准备，等待老师上课。
Students must be well groomed and wear day clothes during the class. No pajamas are undergarments allowed.
上课时请学生着装端正整洁，注意形象，请勿穿内衣内裤进入课堂。
During class, students must ask permission if they need to leave their seat and are not permitted to do or say anything not related to the lesson.
课程进行中未经老师同意请勿随意离开座位，不做不说与教学无关内容。
Parents are not allowed to join the class nor talk to the student during the class as this will cause an interruption.
谢绝家长参与，课程进行中请勿与孩子交谈，干扰学生上课，影响正常教学秩序。
No student not enrolled with American Cultural English is allowed to join the class without a teacher’s permission.
未经老师同意，此课程以外的其他学生谢绝旁听。
Students are not permitted to use any function other than the mute/unmute button on their devices.
未经老师同意，学生请勿在课程中触碰上课设备系统里其他功能选项。
During class, students are not allowed to send the words to one another through the chat function on Zoom for any reason.
课程进行中，未经老师同意学生勿随意打字发送文字信息，干扰他人注意力。
If a student does not follow any of these rules, the teacher will first give an oral warning or contact his or her parent. If the disobedient behavior continues, the teacher will dismiss the student from the class, and the tuition for the missed classes will not be refunded.
违反上课规则影响课堂纪律的学生将口头警告，警告或联系家长无效的学生，老师将关闭其上课窗口，缺课损失自负。
*Referral Bonus (推荐奖励)
For appreciation, if an old student refers a new student to attend our classes (the new student must pay the tuition and finish one semester), the student who recommended the new student will receive ONE class tuition free for the next semester for each new student they recommend up to 3 classes. The tuition free class can only be used to try other new classes. The tuition free class is ONLY good for the next semester after the new student joins. The tuition free class is NOT transferrable. The tuition for the class will NOT be cash refundable. The referral bonus must be applied to the teacher before payment.
为表示感谢，老生推荐新生参与课程(被推荐新生通过面试正式加入课程学习并完成整学期教学)，推荐老生可在下期奖励1课次，奖励课次按推荐人数累计，最高奖励3课次。奖励课次可用于下期缴费抵扣或用于尝试新课程试课。奖励课程不隔期使用，不转让他人使用，不折算现金。奖励课程请向老师先提出申请。
